Returns & Exchanges:
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Mandatory Return Handover Video:
For all return pickups, please record a clear handover video showing the product, original tags, packaging, and the handover to the delivery agent. This video is mandatory and helps protect both you and aestlo in case of transit issues.
Images & Videos Required:
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or delivery-related issues, please upload clear images or videos showing the issue for faster verification.
Customer Preference Returns:
Returns due to size, color, or style preference are accepted as per policy, and return shipping charges apply.
Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If you received a wrong or damaged product due to our error or courier issue, all related shipping charges will be borne by aestlo after verification.
Our support team reviews all requests within 1–2 business days, in accordance with aestlo policies.
