To maintain the quality and longevity of your aestlo products, we recommend following the care instructions mentioned on the product label. Avoid harsh washing methods, excessive heat, and strong detergents, as proper care helps preserve fabric quality, color, and overall fit.
We strive to ensure that all product images accurately represent the actual product. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or fabric texture. Rest assured, quality and design remain consistent with our standards.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Before dispatch, every aestlo order goes through a careful quality check and secure packaging process. We record a packaging video to ensure the product, tags, and packaging are verified before handover to our delivery partner.
Once orders are shipped, they usually get delivered within 8-12 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable charges will be transparently shown so there are no surprises.
To confirm genuine orders and avoid cancellations at the time of delivery, aestlo requires a ₹99 order confirmation amount for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases. This small advance helps us verify the order before processing, packing, and dispatching it. By collecting this confirmation amount, we are able to reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, ensure efficient packaging, and provide a smoother delivery experience. The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
aestlo offers a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact, subject to inspection.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or an error from aestlo side, we will bear the return shipping charges. For returns initiated due to customer preference, change of mind, sizing issues, or any damage not caused by aestlo, a ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted through our Contact Us form. Please provide your order ID, reason for the request, and relevant images or videos to help us process your request efficiently.

At the time of return pickup, customers must provide a clear video showing the original product with tags attached, original packaging, and the product being handed over to our delivery partner. This helps ensure a smooth return process.

We accept secure online payments through multiple options, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
